Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is hiring an Operations Manager for Smiles 4 Kids Dental in Tacoma. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow in a busy pediatric practice, ensuring a positive, kid-friendly environment and high-quality care.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process optimization, and a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional experiences for children and their caregivers. Great schedule and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience.
• Dental clinic experience is required (3+ years).
• Working knowledge of clinical operations.
• Familiarity with dental software (Denticon preferred) and MS Office.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations workflow.
• Ensure the office is scheduled with confirmed patients.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and kid-friendly environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is required.

A Typical Day as an Operations Manager?

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patience
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule

• 8+-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Daytime hours – No nights!
• Availability to respond to patient and employee issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
• Saturday work as needed
