Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily dental office operations and deliver an exceptional kid-friendly patient experience.

You will supervise staff, optimize scheduling, coordinate clinical workflows, and ensure smooth patient flow while maintaining a positive, team-driven environment. 3–5 years in management and 3 years dental experience are required; Denticon and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience.
• A minimum of 3 years dental experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical operations.
• Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft Office required.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patients.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow.

A Typical Day as an Operations Manager:

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patience
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Daytime hours – No nights!
• Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
