Lone Peak Dental Group in Cartersville, GA is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to run daily operations and create a stress-free visit for kids. You will lead scheduling, staffing, and clinical workflow to ensure a smooth, kid-friendly experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of management and 3+ years dental experience, with proficiency in Cloud 9, Denticon, and Microsoft Office; payroll experience is a plus. A supportive, growth-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of clinical operations.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Cloud 9 and Denticon dental software.

A Typical Day As An Operations Manager

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patient
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
• Some Saturday work as needed
