Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Middleburg Heights pediatric dental offices. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and patient flow, ensuring a positive, kid-friendly visit while mentoring team members to grow professionally.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of management and 3+ years dental experience, with Denticon and MS Office proficiency. Join a team focused on compassionate, high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience.
• A minimum of 3 years dental experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical operations.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft Office required.
• Exceptional organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patients.
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow.

A Typical Day As An Operations Manager

• Managing the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure office is scheduled with confirmed patients
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Daytime hours – No nights!
• Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
