• Manage dental billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring HIPAA and dental compliance.
• Handle office inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement and refine office policies and procedures.
• Support patient retention and practice growth initiatives.
• Cultivate a collaborative, efficient work environment.
