Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dental office operations and administrative workflows.
• Lead, train, and support front-office and clinical team members.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, performance feedback, and day-to-day office needs.
• Monitor accounts receivable, billing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end reconciliation, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and improve office procedures and practice policies.
• Address patient concerns and employee issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate relationships with vendors and outside service providers.
• Work closely with the practice owner and doctors to meet operational goals.
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and patient-focused work environment.

Tempe Dental Care is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Scottsdale, Arizona location (South Scottsdale Dental Care).

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, personable, and hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, support our dental team, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience. Our Tuesday-Friday schedule also means a consistent three-day weekend every week.

Compensation: $27-$34 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a three-day weekend every week.
