  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year + monthly and quarterly incentives

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate patient service in line with policies, regulations, and standards
  • Hire, develop, and retain office staff
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance, and ensure high-quality care
  • Review business performance, manage profit and loss, and develop strategies to increase profitability
  • Lead daily team huddles to optimize patient experience and business outcomes
  • Perform additional tasks as needed
