Silver State Smiles is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, patient‑driven practice. You will build high‑performing teams, enhance patient experiences, and drive growth using CareStack and Dentrix in a modern, technology‑driven setting.

You will oversee scheduling, insurance coordination, production, and collections while maintaining OSHA compliance and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Dental office management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with CareStack or Dentrix preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to monitor KPIs, production, and collections.
• Experience recruiting, training, and coaching staff.
• Knowledge of OSHA and dental office compliance standards.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on patient satisfaction and practice growth.
