Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental practice management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, and patient care management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions that drive results.

• Support team development through coaching, performance management, training, and ongoing feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with providers to maintain an efficient schedule and maximize patient care opportunities.
• Promote continuous improvement while achieving practice goals for patient satisfaction, team engagement, and financial success.

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the practice's daily operations while empowering and developing your team to achieve operational excellence, deliver outstanding patient experiences, and drive continued practice growth. • Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
