Cosmetic and General Dentistry of New City is seeking an exceptional Dental Office Manager to lead non-clinical operations and drive an outstanding patient experience. The role focuses on leadership, team development, operational controls, and growth initiatives across the practice.

You will supervise daily office activities, manage scheduling, payroll, onboarding, and patient flow, while maintaining a positive, compliant work environment in alignment with IMPACT values.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of dental office management experience
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Excellent communication with doctors and regional managers
• Proficient in practice financials and KPI tracking
• Comfortable using HRIS and practice management tools

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Supervise all practice activities and ensure coverage for all positions; reconcile daily financials; manage supply inventory; primary contact for the practice; oversee billing and CPR certs; follow policies and procedures; use Workday, myLearning, metric software, and P&L reports to run the office.
