The role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, financial acumen, and proficiency with dental software and MS Office. Travel may be required to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required for travel and daily bank runs.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
• Experience in dental operations management or healthcare operations.
• Proficiency in dental software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless function of dental practice and ensure exceptional patient care.
