Responsibilities

• Greet and enroll patients, verify insurance coverage, and coordinate intake.
• Schedule appointments and align with clinical staff to optimize workflow.
• Review and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Handle insurance verifications and pre-authorizations efficiently.
• Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients.
• Maintain documentation accuracy for PHI and medical coding records.
• Support front desk by managing calls, files, and office supplies.
• Coordinate care plans with clinic operations, preserving confidentiality.
