Denbright Dental Labs is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead its Port Washington, NY production facility. The role demands driving operational excellence, developing teams, and owning business performance, including productivity, quality, delivery, and profitability.

You will oversee daily operations, work with executive leadership on financial performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Healthcare/manufacturing/regulatory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across facility
• Manage productivity, labor efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
• Partner with executive leadership to drive P&L and EBITDA performance
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities
