Job summary

NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN, seeks a Dental Lab Technician Trainee. This full-time position offers paid training, a team environment, and advancement opportunities.

Regular hours are 7:00am–4:30pm Mon–Thu and 7:00am–11:00am Fri, with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; holiday, vacation, sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Detail oriented.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent; No experience required; paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
• Place completed computer work cards on proper case pans, reviewing doctor, product and finish date information for correctness.
• Disinfect all case components using the appropriate disinfection procedure.
• Pour models from impressions received from doctors in the proper material.
• Number all models and impressions with case number.
• Pindex models and place pins in dies.
• Saw out dies using proper technique to make dies removable for fabrication.
• Place models on appropriate type of articulator using correct technique.
• Articulate models by using bites sent by doctor or hand articulating to correct bite relationship.
• Check case for correct doctor information, finish date, product, metal type, and fabrication questions that need to be called on the next day.
• Clean work area daily.

That's okay - we'll train the right person!We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician Trainee opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 11:00am on Fridays, and subject to change from time to time.
