Job summary

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry is seeking a Lab Technician to support the DDS student laboratory, overseeing more than 100 student workstations and ensuring equipment, instruments, and supplies are properly maintained and available to support student learning.

Qualifications

• Experience with dental materials, equipment, instruments.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a diverse community of faculty, staff, students, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 100+ student workstations and ensure equipment availability.
• Maintain dental materials, equipment, instruments and supplies.
• Support daily laboratory operations with the Director of Student Labs.
