We are currently seeking an experienced dental lab technician with full denture fabrication expertise to become the Lab Manager at our state-of-the-art denture lab. Only AD&I Offers:

• Monday through Friday work week with no nights or weekends
• Career development through on-the-job training
• Paid vacations and holidays, totaling over one month off annually
• No travel; work exclusively at your on-site lab
• Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare and 401(k)
• Pay: $30 - $36 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in all aspects of denture fabrication, including setting teeth, wax-up, festooning, carving, finishing, repairs, pouring, and trimming
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, positive attitude, and excellent communication
• Understanding of OSHA protocols
• Willingness to cross-train team members

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in full denture fabrication
• Denture and implant experience preferred but not required
• Same-day denture experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday during business hours
