Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country.

We are seeking to fill a key position at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR, for a Dental Laboratory Technician (Denture Repair).

The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential schedule adjustments.

This is a full-time role with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

1. Read prescriptions and specifications from dentists.
2. Select appropriate shade and mold of teeth for repairs.
3. Create matrix of prostheses to verify correct alignment and function post-repair.
4. Repair fractures in acrylic using suitable techniques for cold or heat cure acrylic.
5. Add acrylic to replace missing parts of the prosthesis.
6. Disinfect and package completed repairs for delivery.
7. Number bags correctly and place in the appropriate case pan.
8. Maintain accurate tooth inventory.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to sustain production levels.

Physical and Equipment Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Use of small machinery, hand-pieces, and chemicals.
