Job summary

Modern Dental Laboratories is seeking a shipping coordinator to support our Livermore, CA operations. The role involves tracking and entering information in systems, preparing shipping materials, and ensuring accurate invoices and labels for outgoing cases.

You will disinfect incoming cases per safety procedures, provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and blog, and assist with packing, sorting, and prioritizing packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of dental lab products preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Track, enter, and research information in current systems.
• Prepare shipping materials and create invoices and labels.
• Disinfect incoming cases following safety processes.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and blog.
• Assemble boxes and prep items for shipping.
• Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Support employees and managers in shipping activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
