Job summary

National Dentex is hiring a Case Intake & Packaging Clerk at the Nelson Dental Laboratory in Rochester Hills, MI. This entry-level role handles case intake, packaging, invoicing, and light customer communications to ensure accurate processing and on-time shipping.

The position runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on-site. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and a 401K with company contribution.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive cases through local delivery driver or national carrier.
• Disinfect and organize case contents for data entry.
• Package, bill, and invoice all finished cases.
• Assist with answering incoming calls.
• Make outgoing calls to customers' offices.
• Respond to inquiries from customers' offices.
• Unpack and sanitize new work following safety instructions.
• Verify and consolidate cases to prepare for shipping.
• Use UPS and FedEx software and maintain account data.
