Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and verify information.
• Receive paperwork and insurance details and perform a secondary accuracy check.
• Update patient status in the system per guidelines.
• Answer routine questions about appointments, policies, and insurance by phone.
• Verify insurance and frequency when needed.
• Review schedules to ensure accuracy before confirmations.
• Notify patients the day before and day of appointments; reappoint when needed.
• Back up Greeter when unavailable; maintain front office area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
