• Effective communication with clinical team, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival.
• Obtain and verify insurance information and route to appropriate staff.
• Update patient status in the computer per guidelines.
• Verify insurance and frequencies when needed.
• Assist with attaching payments and sending claims.
• Maintain front office area and lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
