Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator or in dental billing.
• Deep knowledge of major dental carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Confidence reading EOBs and working insurance portals.
• Track record of clean, successful claim submissions.
• Ability to train and support teammates across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own claim follow-up for all offices: chase denials, underpayments, and aging reports.
• Lead insurance verification process and train new hires on systems and protocols.
• Submit clean claims to minimize rejections and resubmissions.
• Investigate denials and discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Navigate carrier portals to check claim status, benefits, and payments.
