Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records within the practice management system.
• Respond to insurance inquiries regarding claims and coverage.
• Collaborate with front office to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with billing-related tasks and support front desk duties as needed.
