Job summary

The California Dental Association is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Insurance Operations, to serve as a finance partner ensuring regulatory compliance for TDIC and related entities. You will prepare quarterly and annual reports, coordinate with third parties, and support insurance loss reserves analysis.

This remote-first role requires Pacific Time Zone residency and offers exposure across finance, operations, and regulators, with leadership in regulatory filings and treasury coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in data extraction/reporting and GAAP accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting including annual and quarterly statements.
• Coordinate with third parties to support treasury functions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state filing requirements and audits.
• Maintain regulatory compliance calendar for the organization.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance and external vendors.
