The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in dental treatment coordination, experience with implant cases, strong communication skills, and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience.
• Experience presenting large implant treatment plans and implant cases.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with case acceptance and patient financing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Experience with dental software systems.

Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator

Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident presenting large treatment plans, building patient trust, and helping patients move forward with life-changing dental care.

The ideal candidate has strong dental sales and case acceptance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide patients through the treatment process with professionalism and compassion.

Schedule

• Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time
• Office Hours:
  • Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Additional hours may become available as the practice continues to grow

Responsibilities

• Present large dental implant and comprehensive treatment plans to patients
• Educate patients on treatment options, financing, and scheduling
