Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator

Part‑Time to Full‑Time Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident presenting large treatment plans, building patient trust, and helping patients move forward with life‑changing dental care.

The ideal candidate has strong dental sales and case acceptance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide patients through the treatment process with professionalism and compassion.

Schedule

Part‑Time transitioning to Full‑Time

Office Hours:

• Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Additional hours may become available as the practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Present large dental implant and comprehensive treatment plans to patients
• Educate patients on treatment options, financing, and scheduling
• Build rapport and maintain strong patient relationships
• Coordinate treatment sequencing and follow‑up
• Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Track case acceptance and patient communication
• Assist with insurance verification and financing coordination as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience required
• Must have experience presenting large treatment plans and implant cases
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
• Experience with case acceptance and patient financing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
• Experience with dental software systems preferred

Preferred Experience

• Implant dentistry
• Full arch / All-on-X cases
• Cosmetic or comprehensive treatment planning
• Insurance and financing coordination
