Job summary

DOCS Dental in Kentucky seeks a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a mission-driven team serving military families. You will provide prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, fluoride applications, radiographs, and contribute to treatment planning.

Requires Kentucky RDH license, 1–2 years clinical hygiene experience, current X-ray and CPR/BLS, Denticon familiarity, HIPAA knowledge, and a valid Real ID driver license.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in Kentucky.
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification.
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided.
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Driver's License prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement.
• Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis.
• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents.
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction.
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients.
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings.

Schedule:

Thursday & Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
