Job summary

DOCS Health in Fort Carson, CO seeks a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a mission-driven team. You will perform prophylaxis, assess periodontal health, apply fluoride, and maintain accurate records while educating patients on oral hygiene.

The role includes presenting treatment plans and collaborating in regular team meetings. Ideal candidates hold an active RDH license, 1–2 years of clinical hygiene experience, current X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications, and familiarity with Denticon.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in good standing
• 1–2 years of dental hygiene experience
• Current X-ray certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Denticon familiarity preferred; training provided
• HIPAA compliance knowledge
• Real ID Driver's License or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement
• Assess and document periodontal conditions (gingivitis, periodontitis)
• Apply fluoride and preventive agents
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain records
• Communicate findings clearly to patients
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings

• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction

• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
