Job summary

DOCS Health is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a mission-driven dental team serving military families on Army and Air Force bases. You will perform prophylaxis and periodontal assessments, document findings, and present treatment plans while using modern technology.

Requirements include a Kentucky RDH license, 1–2 years of clinical hygiene experience, current X-ray and CPR/BLS certification, and familiarity with Denticon. E-Verify and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in Kentucky required.
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided.
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Driver's License prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement.
• Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis.
• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents.
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction.
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients.
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings.
