DOCS Health in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a mission-driven dental team on Army and Air Force bases. You’ll provide prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, radiographs, and patient education in a modern, compliant practice.

Expect a Friday–Monday schedule? No—the posted hours show a Monday–Friday 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM window with competitive pay and robust benefits. A $5,000 introduction bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license with current X-ray certification
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• CPR/BLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon; training provided
• Strong HIPAA compliance knowledge
• Must have or obtain Real ID driver’s license before start

Responsabilités

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement
• Assess and document periodontal conditions
• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate records
• Communicate findings clearly to patients
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement
• Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis
• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
