Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking a reliable dental hygienist to join our pediatric specialty team serving Bowie, Lanham, or Largo, MD. This full-time role requires a current license and dental hygiene school graduate, with opportunities to train and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include charting, delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with anesthesia, medical history reviews, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Current license and graduation from a dental hygiene school is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).

• Chart conditions based on Doctor's diagnosis.
• Deliver high quality patient care.
• Assist with administering local injectable anesthetic.
• Screen patients to include a full medical history and take patient vital signs.
• Set up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation.
• Prepare reports and assist with patient reception, telephone calls, routine triage and other office duties as required.

• 8-hour shifts
• Saturday's
• Daytime hours – No nights!
