PDS Health is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator (HC) to partner with supported Dentists, help patients commit to treatment, and explain financial options. The HC educates patients, overcomes objections, and supports a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) while fostering Patients for Life (PFL).

The role requires knowledge of dental office operations, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to help gain a financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financial plans.
• Overcome patient objections to start recommended care.
• Maintain PPE and create Patients for Life (PFL).
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
