Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Verifying insurance for clinical appointments
• Collecting payments for services rendered
• Maintaining doctor/hygiene schedules
• Greeting and checking patients in and out
• Educating, consulting, and presenting patient treatment plans
• Managing accounts receivable, billing statements, aging reports, and collections
• Filing insurance pre-determinations
• Conducting financial consultations with patients for new treatment plans

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred
