Dental Front Office Assistant - $16-$26/hour

We are seeking a Dental Front Office Assistant in Etters, PA to become a valuable part of our team. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, people-oriented professional with a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for providing excellent patient service. Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience, $16 - $26 per hour, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree *OR* at least 1 year of experience in a dental office.
  • Must be self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming, friendly environment for all patients and guests.
  • Verify insurance coverage and input insurance plan details.
  • Enter patient data accurately using Dentrix practice management software.
  • Collect co-pays and post patient payments.
  • Manage the practice email and respond promptly to patient inquiries and correspondence.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
