Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  2. Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
  3. Collect all monies due for services rendered.
  4. Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
  5. Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
  6. Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
  7. Manage Accounts Receivable, including billing statements, aging reports, and collections.
  8. File insurance pre-determinations.
  9. Conduct financial consultations with patients regarding treatment plans.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of dental software (strongly preferred).
