You will support the front desk with insurance verification, payments, and data entry while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a dental front office, familiarity with dental insurance processes, and proficiency with standard computer software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a dental front office role, including knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
