Ideal candidates are professional, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly with patients, providers, and team members while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental, medical, or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments.
• Assist with patient check-out and follow-up scheduling.
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and account information.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions.
• Communicate treatment, scheduling, and financial information clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Assist with administrative duties and other office responsibilities as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve patient concerns appropriately.
