Qualifications

• Experience with dental front office is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks accurately in a busy office setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Schedule new and existing patients according to practice guidelines
• Proactively manage the schedule and help minimize cancellations and no-shows
• Assist with presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Help patients understand financing and payment options
• Collect patient balances and maintain accurate account information
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and leadership
• Look for solutions and take initiative when challenges arise
• Help the practice achieve its daily, weekly, and monthly goals
