Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, insurance coordination, treatment coordination, and patient financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions.
• Schedule new and existing patients according to practice guidelines.
• Proactively manage the schedule and help minimize cancellations and no-shows.
• Assist with presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Help patients understand financing and payment options.
• Follow up with patients on outstanding treatment.
• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and leadership.
