Greet patients, answer phones, manage email, file claims, post payments, and help implement Heartland Dental systems. We value patient care, camaraderie, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and protecting PHI per role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail/email, patient and insurance communications.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records, and coordinate appointments.
• Verify insurance, submit claims, follow up on outstanding claims, benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable and explain fees.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office potential.
