Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Confidently present and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Verify insurance benefits and accurately enter patient information.
• Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims.
• Manage billing, patient payments, and accounts receivable.
• Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient daily schedule.
• Communicate clearly with patients and collaborate with the clinical team.
