Sean Rhee DDS, part of Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a friendly Front Office Coordinator for the Greater Sacramento Area, split between Sacramento and Woodland. You will be the first smile patients see, coordinating schedules, verifying insurance, and presenting treatment plans with a welcoming, organized approach.

The position requires strong communication and teamwork, with full-time hours, the flexibility to travel between offices, and a supportive network to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Dental front office experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to commute to all three offices in Placerville, El Dorado Hills and Citrus Heights.
• Team-oriented and patient-focused.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly and help them feel at ease.
• Coordinate schedules and manage appointments.
• Handle insurance verifications and payments accurately.
• Keep smooth workflow between patients and clinical team.
• Present treatment plans to patients and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized front desk and reception area.
