Specialty1 Partners in Turlock, CA is seeking a Dental Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join a busy specialty practice. This cross-trained front office role combines dental assisting with patient care coordination to deliver a world-class patient experience.

You will support the Dentist with 4-handed dentistry, manage patient records, assist with payments, and keep the office organized. The role requires 3–5 years of front office and dental experience and a valid radiology license if

Qualifications

• 3–5 years front office with dental experience
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure excellent service
• Answer phones professionally
• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort
• Set up instruments, equipment and supplies; sterilize per regulations
• Assist dentist with 4-handed dentistry
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Schedule appointments and post-op visits
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payments
