Cove Dental Care in Greer and Easley, SC, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team. You will work with the Treatment Coordinator and Appointment Coordinator to keep the patient experience and daily schedule running smoothly from initial contact through ongoing care.

The role emphasizes organization, warm phone etiquette, and confident communication about treatment and finances, supporting a patient-centered, calm, and well‑structured visit each day.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience in treatment coordination, front office, scheduling, or a clinical role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and scheduling with patients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and warmly, guiding callers to the next step or appointment.
• Schedule new patients and gather complete information during the initial call.
• Coordinate appointments for treatment with the clinical team.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and last-minute scheduling changes.
• Manage emergency appointments and ensure pain patients are seen quickly.
• Greet and check in patients, creating a calm, welcoming experience.
• Support treatment planning, scheduling, and patient follow-up with the Treatment Coordinator.
• Verify insurance and ensure records and x-rays are available for tomorrow's schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system.
