Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Hands-on dental insurance billing, claims submission and EOB handling.
• Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar practice management software.
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes and insurance coordination of benefits.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service; bilingual (EN/ES) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, managing appointment scheduling and front desk operations
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient appointments
• Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims and handle claim denials
• Process patient billing, collect co-pays, and manage accounts receivable

Requirements:

• Previous dental front desk experience required
• Hands-on experience with dental insurance billing, claims submission, and EOBs
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of dental CDT codes and insurance coordination of benefits
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
