4 Kids Dental in Hialeah, FL is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Specialist to be the welcoming face of the practice.

In this fast‑paced role you will check in patients, manage scheduling, verify eligibility, submit claims, handle billing, and explain financial options.

Qualifications include front desk experience, dental billing know-how, familiarity with Dentrix/Eaglesoft, CDT codes, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Competenze

• Front desk experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Hands-on dental insurance billing, claims submission and EOB handling.
• Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar practice management software.
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes and insurance coordination of benefits.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service; bilingual (EN/ES) preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet and check in patients and manage front desk operations.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Submit and follow up on claims; manage denials as needed.
• Process patient billing, collect co-pays and manage accounts receivable.
• Coordinate treatment plan presentations and explain financial options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographics and insurance data.
• Answer phones and manage recall/confirmation calls.
