Job summary

EXCEL DENTAL is seeking a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk professional to join our team in Methuen, MA. The ideal candidate will manage patient check-ins, schedule management, and treatment plan coordination while promoting high-case acceptance and seamless office productivity.

Experience in insurance verification and strong customer service are essential. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Exceptional People Skills/Customer Service.
Insurance eligibility and verification experience.
Reliable/ Fast Learner.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Bilingual and Spanish speaking (preferred).

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner.
Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage.
Treatment planning and coordinating to promote high-case acceptance.
Review and maintain schedules for productivity.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately.
Various office duties as assigned by Practice Management.
Responding to patient financial inquiries and directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
