Nevada Dental Benefits is hiring a Patient Service Representative for our dental office in Las Vegas. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experiences, managing front-office tasks, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dental/medical front office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
• Experience with dental insurance or dental practice management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments
• Assist with patient check-out and follow-up scheduling
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance information
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and account information
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions
• Communicate treatment, scheduling, and financial information clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements
• Assist with administrative duties and other office responsibilities as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve patient concerns appropriately
