Job summary

Prime Dental Group is seeking a temporary front desk/admin to support patient-centric care at our Miami clinic. The role requires at least 1 year as a dental receptionist or admin and familiarity with Eaglesoft. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5x during busy seasons.

Shifts are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 60-minute meal break. This on-site position emphasizes punctuality, teamwork, and professional patient interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as dental receptionist/admin.
• Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Receive and dismiss patients.
• Answer phone calls and appointment requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar.
• Collect payments and handle basic billing.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and punctuality.
