SK2 Dental is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team of dental professionals. As the initial point of contact, you will welcome guests and set the tone for their visit by delivering friendly, efficient service.

This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday, 9 am–6 pm, with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and retirement options. The ideal candidate has 2+ years front office experience, bilingual in Vietnamese and Chinese, and familiarity with billing and Eaglesoft.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office experience in a dental setting.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese and Chinese.
• Experience with billing preferred.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk interactions.
